The Art of Perfect Timing

The Art of Perfect Timing

People always seem to be in a hurry. In a rush to go to the office, the grocery, the mall, the restaurant, to a meeting and everything that requires their presence. What hurrying does to us is that it shows a lack of control over ourselves, and over our time.

We need to appear as if we are patient, as if we know everything will appear to us eventually. Patience gives us power and momentum. We must learn to stand down when the timing isn’t right yet but be ready to pound on it when it’s ready for picking.

Life isn’t infinite but time is finite.

“Space we can recover, time never” Napoleon, 1769-1821
