If there’s one thing that 99% of the FAILURES & SUCCESSFUL people have in common. This is it. They all don’t like doing the same things over and over again. The big difference is that successful people still do them anyway with consistency. We both know changing for the better is difficult to do, because we have bad habits. That is why so many people don’t just transform any of their bad habit right away, or worse, get stuck with it forever. This is also why so many people I’ve coached and worked with, just end up depressed, unhealthy and unhappy.
The great thing about this reality many of us ignore is that if change was simple and everyone was doing it, it would be so much harder for both of us to be outstanding one of a kind success. The best ones in the game will know this for a fact: Ordinary is easy, but being extra-ordinary is what separates the real deals from the wannabes.
I really am excited when some tasks are hard now. It’s because I know that most people won’t be willing to do the work required to make it happen. This is the separation that puts you in a smaller percentage of people. It makes it easier for me to take the leap in front of the crowd and take the lead.
Whenever you decide to move forward despite the difficulty, pain, hardship and agony it brings you, that’s when you grow. This is when IMPROVEMENT & that “ONE PERCENT BETTER” than yesterday comes into play. This is what people don’t know about your journey. If it is difficult, painful and too much work, take it as it is. JUST DO IT ANYWAY, because the other person doing it has given up, and you won’t. Keep going and remain patient, because something great will happen to you if you don’t quit.

We always have to accept that change is constant and we cannot control it. We also have to accept the fact that people are also hesitant to change as well as they are afraid of the outcome.
For me, change is difficult but we have to accept it with open arms. Learn and understand the change and adapt to it.

Habits are unbreakable. They are hardcoded in your brain. The only way to get rid of them is to wipe your brain clean. But there is something you can do with old habits: you can overwrite them with new behaviours.

There are a number of factors, as to why it is hard to change our routines. Comfort and the environment in which we are born into has a big influence. The society and our social norms help to shift and shape us, because of our beliefs and values from- social media, to culture, religion and relationships.

Habits themselves are basically patterns of thinking, feeling or behaviour. Habits themselves are not difficult to change. What is hard is finding the right strategy to change them. Habits become hard to change because many people try to change them using willpower, which is a very poor strategy for changing them. Habits have triggers, they have a thinking and feeling process and then they have a terminator.
You have got to know this process of habituation and then work on the different components that create a habit and disrupt them or redirect the process so that the trigger will direct you to do something else that is better than the habit. But there are many strategies that you can use to stop habits and start others. Specific strategies including aversion therapy, pairing of stimulus and pattern disruption as well as more sophisticated brain level strategies. The bottom line is that it is not the habits that are difficult but using poor strategies that make habits difficult to change.

It’s hard because we are taught habits are hard to change. In my personal experience, it’s not hard to change any kind of habit, all it requires is a pure will to change. I also have been around with people who have done it.
Just say to yourself you need to quit and you will and you can. Unless you are doing to because you have to! It’s not hard!!! Try it yourself
